The website, isvt.eu is the online presence of the International Super Veterans Tournament organisation, a committee of HC Tilburg. The website does not use any link to personal information. It only provides information about the upcoming tournament, which is all general and public.
The sole purpose of the ISVT organization is to facilitate and organize the annual Veterans Tournament in the Netherlands.
For ISVT commission members and volunteers, we hold the following personal information:
- e-mail address;
- full name;
- picture (optional);
- Certificate of good conduct;
- role/responsibility.
The website uses photos from sporting activities at ISVT tournaments. ISVT personnel’s personal information will be deleted on request by e-mail to the secretary, at ISVT@hctilburg.com
Any information of team members (in most cases only captains) and Umpires participating in the upcoming tournament will be kept private under responsibility of the secretary and only be used to facilitate smooth preparation and progress of the tournament and will never be shared without knowledge and permission, which is confirmed in writing.
ISVT does not:
- sell any products or services online;
- display any advertisements;
- pass on personal information to third parties.
This website provides subscription and contact forms for sending mail to ISVT organisation:
- the e-mail addresses of the ISVT “personnel” are not publicly visible;
- the name and e-mail of the person using the contact or subscription form are needed solely for sending mail and/or subscribe and are not otherwise stored.
